Hi there!

I’m a Houston-based journalist on the hunt for the right opportunity that will allow me to write and even edit a few things here and there. I’ve been lucky enough to work at some great publications and journalists within the city and would like to continue adding to that list.

In the past year or so, I’ve interned at the Houston Chronicle and done some writing for publications like The Daily Cougar and The Leader. Even though I learned great things there, school absolutely taught me a few more important things that are relevant to today’s journalism world, including but not limited to, social media skills and a little Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. As a matter of fact, I really enjoyed using the Adobe programs and even designed a résumé and chart with some of my professional skills using the suite.
